Who Are We?

Hi, we’re Wakefire! We’re a six-piece folk rock band out of southeast Michigan. Five voices, six sets of instruments, and influences that range from Celtic rock and bluegrass to Slavic punk, sea shanties and pop Americana add up to a show built to get you moving. Spend an hour or two with us for impossibly infectious energy and choruses that will stick with you long after the show’s over. We’ll bring the bass, the rhythms and stacked harmonies, you bring your dancing shoes – come join us as audience and we’ll walk out friends!
